Many financial institutions have noted an increase in attempts from scammers to access personal account information. Fraudsters can use spoofed caller Id (it looks like ours) to call members about debit card fraud or home banking vulnerabilities. Just a reminder, if we initiate a call we will never ask you for your Card number or PIN, or your home banking login information or password (we already know that). Never hesitate to call the credit union to verify the legitimacy of any phone call, text or email that you might have received.
